One of the Friends generously paid for David Cameron to become a member and he took away a membership card with some background information in case he found himself short of reading material on the trip back to Westminster.

" We have written to Mr Cameron thanking him for taking the time and trouble to find out what we are up to and hope that more MPs will follow his example. He said he would like to return with his family so perhaps we will see him here again and I hope he will encourage other Members to do the same " said John Ayres.
